Job Title

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing various aspects of an organization's workforce management function.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews and preparing employment agreements.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of new hires and separating staff members.
  • Develop and execute performance management processes, administer benefits and compensation packages, and insurance policies.
  • Source and implement training programs to meet staff developmental needs.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processes to ensure accuracy in monthly pay processing.
  • Handle work passes and statutory surveys.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior executives, prepare presentation materials or logistics arrangements.
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation and visa applications.
  • Manage expense reports and claims matters.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Professional qualification with prior experience in HR and office administration or secretarial support.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations, related compliance and HR management practices.
