Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning:
Manage product life cycles and pricing strategies to drive sales growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development. Develop and implement plans to support new product launches, including marketing materials and promotional activities. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Digital & Social Campaigns:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and develop campaign strategies. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results. Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Event Planning:
Plan and execute product launch events to create engaging experiences for customers and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and within-budget execution. Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing preferably in consumer products
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a PR or event agency is an added advantage
