Front Office Operations Manager

The Front Office Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Front Office operations, including check-ins and check-outs, to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with house guests, providing personalized service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Facilities departments to ensure the overall quality of the guest experience.
  • Address guests' feedback and concerns professionally, implementing service recovery measures when necessary.
  • Record guests' feedback for management attention or follow-up as required.
  • Make sound decisions to handle operational challenges that may arise in the absence of management.
  • Ensure arrival rooms are assigned correctly and monitor room inventory closely to maximize revenue.
  • Be familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct training for the Front Office team.
  • Adhere to finance-related procedures and policies.
  • Participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and be familiar with emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular patrols on hotel premises, reporting security concerns, defects, or issues with cleanliness.
  • Assume other responsibilities designated by the Front Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Duty Manager/Duty Manager.
  • Service-oriented, taking pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexible to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts and weekends/public holidays.
