Business Development Leader



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive sales growth, manage the CRM pipeline, and ensure budget targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing clients in APAC, leading business development teams, and collaborating with global teams to maximize opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients in APAC through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Drive Sales Growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing the CRM pipeline, and ensuring budget targets are met.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing business development teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Analyze market competition and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate contracts with legal support to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Represent the company at trade events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's brand.


Requirements:
  • Proven business development/sales experience in high-tech/waste management (battery, e-waste recycling, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
