Job Title: Patisserie Master

At our esteemed bakery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patisserie Master to lead our team of skilled cake artists and bakers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of high-quality cakes, including intricate frostings and decorations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually stunning cakes in various shapes and sizes.
  • Mould intricate fondant decorations with precision and care.
  • Assemble finished products, including customized buttercream cakes with fondant decorations, without supervision.
  • Lead and mentor junior cake artists and bakers within the team.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the development of marketing and business strategies.


Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in cake preparation, baking, and frosting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in decorating customized cakes, including handling of fondant.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
