We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Barista to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prioritizing customers - Greet every customer with a smile, take initiative to approach customers and build rapport with them;
  • Product knowledge - Understand the products so as to introduce them to customers;
  • Ensuring bread and cake displays are fully stocked throughout operating hours;
  • Barista duties - ensuring coffee is calibrated and standards are maintained;
  • Suggestive selling and recommending promotional items to every single guest;
  • Maintaining cleanliness & tidiness of the cafe - glass displays are wiped regularly, chairs are placed neatly, tables are cleared and wiped timely;
  • Performing food preparation tasks such as heating up pastries and packing takeaway orders;
  • Washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
