Coffee Connoisseur Leader

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the coffee experience by preparing high-quality beverages, managing inventory and cash handling, preparing simple hot food items, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare premium coffee and non-coffee drinks with precision and attention to detail.
- Support ordering, cashiering, and stock management processes.
- Prepare and serve a limited hot food menu.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing outstanding service and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of coffee cart events.
- Oversee multiple sites, ensuring consistency in standards and quality control.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Proven leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Fundamental barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Pleasant demeanor, responsible attitude, and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
