We are seeking a charismatic individual to join our food and beverage team as a Coffee Connoisseur. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and elevating the coffee experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling drink orders, and contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
- Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas
- Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
- Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing order
- Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers
- Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience
Coffee Craftsmanship:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- Charismatic individual with service-driven attitude to elevate guests' dining experiences
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
