Key Responsibilities
  • Create a variety of desserts and baked goods, including cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and other sweet treats.
  • Develop new recipes and ideas for desserts and baked goods.
  • Manage the kitchen and ensure all desserts and baked goods are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and manage the pastry team.
  • Order and maintain supplies and inventory for the pastry kitchen.
  • Ensure all desserts and baked goods meet high standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene standards within the pastry kitchen.
