
Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and effective professional to conduct structured phone surveys and gather valuable insights.
About the Job:
- Conduct structured phone surveys to collect data on public opinion and social trends.
- Update survey responses into computer systems following thorough training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Able to handle situations with professionalism and calmness.
- Proficient in English and one or more additional languages.
- Proficient in computer software.
- Prior experience in call-centre, phone interviewing, or survey work is preferred.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
Benefits:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 4 hours only, with two afternoon shifts from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm and two evening shifts from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
