- Experience in Customer Support processes

- Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel
- 2+ years’ experience with digitally based environments
**About the Job**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who possesses a strong drive for results and a creative, problem-solving approach and shares an interest in the sport of Football
Duties for the Customer Service Specialist will include a broad range of tasks such as leading conflict situations to a satisfactory resolution. The Customer Service Specialist ideally should be able to analyse insights to improve customer experience and handle customer issues and requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
- Moderate chat rooms; ensuring that platform policies are abided to
- Management of platform rewards/prizes
