Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold a minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
  • Preferably have prior experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Applicants must be Singaporean nationals.
