**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced program management leader to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives within our Trust and Safety organization.

  • **PMO Strategy**: Develop and implement the Program Management Office strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • **Execution**: Oversee resource allocation, process standardization, and continuous improvement of project management practices.
  • **Oversight and Communication**: Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and align cross-functional teams for swift corrective actions.
  • **Team Leadership**: Empower PMO team members to facilitate discussions, drive roadmap deadlines, and foster accountability across teams and stakeholders.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, align projects with organizational goals, and provide support and assistance.

**Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, including establishing and scaling a PMO, resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end using various methodologies.
  • Influencing without direct authority, driving alignment across diverse teams with conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or relevant certifications.
