Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned program management professional with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams. As the Online Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class end-to-end online experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of individual contributors in managing changes to Apple Store Online and partner platforms.
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, inclusion, and focusing on positive employee relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and risk-manage small to large-size projects impacting the Apple Store Online.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of program management experience, with a strong ability to connect workstreams to business priorities.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate team members.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization.
  • English business proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience, MBA/MA or advanced degree preferred.
  • People management and organization skills experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce, internet, or multi-channel environments with relevant technical and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
