Senior Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive and manage large-scale strategic initiatives. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams and/or other project leaders, ensuring successful execution of projects aligned with overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the gathering and understanding of all project requirements and objectives.
- Bolster team(s) to address project goals and objectives for multiple or enterprise-level projects.
- Collaborate with customers from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance stages.
- Ensure alignment of the program team with customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders.
- Review project schedules with assigned project managers and coordinators.
- Foster guidance and motivation within project teams to achieve project goals and corporate initiatives.
- Communicate project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives.
- Act as an interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsor(s).
- Develop creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
- Manage development of project plans focusing on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives, including project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of work experience in project management or a related discipline required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
