Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead departmental initiatives, manage strategic programs and drive innovation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, digital transformation or public sector innovation. They will be responsible for supporting and leading implementation of departmental initiatives and strategic plans, delivering results that create measurable impact across the organization.

The successful candidate will use their functional expertise to guide decisions and solve complex problems. They will also plan and run events, workshops and engagements aligned with key goals, managing programs to ensure timely and successful delivery.

In addition, the candidate will identify and recommend ways to improve and innovate processes, working with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in program management, digital transformation or public sector innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in engaging stakeholders and delivering impactful projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Product Management, Digital Transformation or Innovation.
  • Experience in finance and budgeting processes.
