The corporate assistant manager role is a key support position within the management team, encompassing diverse client portfolios and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing client relationships and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth and success.
  • Corporate Secretarial Duties: Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including board meetings, drafting agendas, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Meeting Minutes: Prepare minutes of meetings to maintain accurate records and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ad-Hoc Corporate Duties: Undertake ad-hoc corporate duties as required to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • A degree or SAICSA qualification with at least 5 years experience in corporate secretarial work, coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Listing Manual, Companies Acts, Catalist Rules, and industry best practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
