Main Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Singapore office, including scheduling, email handling, and file organization
  2. Business Matching Logistics: Assist with business matching logistics, including meeting coordination, client follow-ups, and database updates
  3. B2B Events: Help organize and support B2B events, trade missions, and virtual/in-person meetings
  4. Client Management: Maintain accurate client and partner records using CRM tools and internal systems
