Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves providing exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders through various channels.
- Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Verify that service providers meet contractual specifications.
- Respond promptly to emergency service breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
This role also entails handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to:
- Applications for moving/renovation, purchase of section 47 (1) C, and payment methods for quarterly management and sinking fund charges.
- Coordinating and attending Council Meetings and AGMs, including preparation of notices, agenda, documents, and recording minutes.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- A minimum Diploma in Property Facility Management or equivalent qualification.
- No prior working experience; however, the ability to work independently is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of smart estate apps and digital payment platforms is an added advantage.
