We are seeking a seasoned Senior Leader to spearhead our operational risk management efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the organization's resilience.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity.
- Leverage expertise to identify and assess risks, implementing controls to prevent or minimize adverse impacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to address emerging risks and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
