The role of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) leader is pivotal in shaping the strategic development and management of risk frameworks across various airport operations, construction projects, engineering & maintenance, commercial, and corporate functions.
This ERM leader must ensure that risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated to support safe, secure, and resilient airport operations and infrastructure development.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in operational management, operational risks, or infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading initiatives that strengthen risk defense and promote internal risk culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Risk Leadership: Develop and execute ERM strategy aligned with airport's operational, safety, and commercial objectives
- Advise senior management and the board on key risk exposures, mitigation strategies, and emerging threats
- Design and maintain robust ERM framework tailored to complex airport operations, including passenger services, cargo, retail, and infrastructure
Operational & Safety Risk Management: Oversee risk assessments related to airside operations, ground handling, terminal management, emergency response, sustainability and infrastructure development
Reporting & Communication: Deliver risk dashboards and reports to the board, audit committee, and senior management
Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Build and lead high-performing ERM team with expertise in aviation risk, compliance, and analytics
Requirements:- At least 3 – 5 years in a senior leadership role at a mid to large-sized organisation
- Passionate in risk management with strong understanding of operational and infrastructure risks in complex, large-scale infrastructure settings
- Proven hands-on experience managing operations and infrastructure risks across complex, multi-functional operations
