Job Description

This role offers a platform for growth through comprehensive on-the-job training and exposure to senior leaders, focusing on quality assurance and risk management within our Global Banking footprint.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support assessment of activities and processes per Policies, Standards and Procedures to enhance risk management quality.
  • Conduct routine testing of internal activities and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify risk or non-compliance.
  • Review stakeholder/client feedback and respond to quality assurance complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and execute Monitoring and Testing for controls, including control design assessment and design of operational effectiveness for monitoring & testing tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in financial services.
  • Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
  • Strong knowledge in the development and execution of controls.
