About the Role
As a Junior Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mathematical models, analyzing market data, and assisting quantitative researchers and traders in making informed trading decisions. Your primary duties will include:
• Developing and implementing mathematical models to analyze market data and provide insights to the trading desk
• Staying updated on market developments and relevant financial research to provide recommendations to the trading desk
• Effectively communicating quantitative findings and insights to the team
• Assisting with production issues, post-trade analysis, and reconciliation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical subject from a top university. Prior internship experience in Quantitative Research, Data Science, or Software Engineering is preferred. You should also have programming proficiency in at least one language (Python, C++, MATLAB, R) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer attractive compensation packages and invested career development opportunities.
