Talent Acquisition and Development
We are seeking a driven and passionate professional to join our innovative organization as a Talent Management Manager.
This role is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing the next generation of public sector talent through scholarship and internship programs, strategic outreach, and employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processes for early talent programs, including scholarship initiatives and structured internship programs.
- Lead and execute outreach strategies, developing partnerships with universities and institutions to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Drive employer branding efforts, creating marketing content, planning social media campaigns, and organizing recruitment or branding events.
- Track and analyze metrics related to talent attraction and engagement efforts, using dashboards and data insights to evaluate and improve program outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in talent management, employer branding, or leadership development within human resources.
- Previous background working in consulting or government organizations is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for developing future talent and building meaningful engagement strategies.
- Comfortable using HR tools and analytics platforms to manage programs and report outcomes.
- Demonstrates a keen ability to identify and nurture talent, with a strong belief in continuous learning and development.
