{"JOB SUMMARY

Based in Singapore, this position is to provide administrative support to the Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships & Cards, APEC, Director, Loyalty Operations & Program, APEC, and partnership team to ensure seamless departmental operations and successful achievements of business goals and priorities.

Responsibilities include:

* Calendar management, trip planning, and scheduling
* Coordinating meeting and conference call invites and performing minute-taking
* Business travel arrangements, including flights, visa applications, accommodations, transportation, and adherence to COVID guidelines
* Organizing and administering continent meetings and seminars, including travel schedules, meeting agendas, and hotel rooming lists
* Performing administrative duties, such as email correspondence, business letters, memorandums, incoming and outgoing mails, presentation decks, and expense reports
* Documenting and communicating requests and inquiries to appropriate personnel and maintaining confidentiality
* Developing and maintaining a proper filing system and keeping a full record of departmental-related documents
* Assisting in preparing and developing internal communication emails, memos, and presentations

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in large-scale corporations
* Well-organized with the ability to multitask
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* A good team player with an approachable character, positive attitude, and strong ownership
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other technologies and platforms that drive productivity
