Key Responsibilities
- Manage our phone management system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and volunteers.
- Coordinate logistics for events and programs, including Volunteer Appreciation and Annual Awards.
- Provide administrative support for mental health talks and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Support volunteer engagement and community outreach efforts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in IT and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
