">About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues related to our cloud products, ensuring that our customers receive efficient and professional service experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify and prioritize critical issues, collaborating to find timely and effective solutions.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Provide expert-level technical support for our cloud products, utilizing strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and tools to improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate high-priority issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product optimization efforts, driving continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance support processes and tooling.
">Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in R&D, technical operations, or system maintenance.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including compute, networking, storage, containerization technology, CDN, video technology, and large-scale AI models.

• Extensive troubleshooting or operations experience in several of these domains.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and complete tasks independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

">Preferred Qualifications">

A plus if you have:

• Hands-on experience with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with various diagnostic tools and testing tools, as well as programming skills in Shell, Python, Golang, C/C++, JAVA, or other languages.
