Job Title: Marketing Strategy Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers;
  • Develop and maintain effective promotional plans, including social media content creation and online advertising;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives;
  • Build and foster strong relationships with external partners, including media outlets and influencers;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing results;
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in leadership positions;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software and email marketing systems;
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with ability to interpret metrics and drive business decisions;
