Job Opportunity: Marketing Strategy Executive

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our organization. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Create and propose marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall corporate strategy.
  • Develop content consistent with approved marketing strategies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hire, train, and manage marketing staff members.
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Oversee current offerings and develop initiatives for new products or services.
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work with the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
  • Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide insights to senior executives and act as a representative for the marketing department in important meetings.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise in media channels and client relationships.
  • Excellent creativity, adaptability, research, analysis, writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Well-versed in marketing budgeting and organization.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows OS.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
