About the Job
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our HR team as a HR Generalist, supporting our people strategy and driving employee engagement. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective talent management and performance initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage comprehensive recruitment processes to attract top fintech talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of HR experience in fintech, technology, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth tech environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and fintech industry best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and performance management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
