Our client, a reputable fintech firm located in Singapore, is seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist to join their dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the HR operations of a leading financial technology company.
**Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day HR Operations tasks, including HR administration, employee data management, and document processing.
Process and administer employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve HR administration processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, and exit procedures.
Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Maintain and update HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate employee information.
Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.
**Skills required:
Previous experience in HR operations or administration, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work well in a team environment.
