We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare professionals in the O&G and Paeds departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, manage check-ins and appointments, and prepare examination rooms for healthcare professionals.
- Administrative Support: Collect and record patient information, including medical history and vital signs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
Working Hours:
O&G hours: mon, fri: 9am - 1pm, wed: 9am - 7pm, alt sat: 9am - 1230pm
Paeds hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8.30am - 4pm, wed: 12.00pm - 9.00pm, Sat or Sun: 8.30am - 1.30pm
Requirements:
Qualified applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Microsoft 365 skills and experience in dealing with enquiries, outsourcing, and healthcare are also preferred.
