Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of financial assistance for individuals in need.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the processing of applications for financial assistance, ensuring eligibility criteria and operational guidelines are followed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information in our system.
  • Collecting necessary documentation from clients and facilitating their referral to other support resources as needed.
  • Ensuring proper documentation for families applying for assistance, including case notes, social reports, and supporting evidence.
  • Supporting the procurement process and submission of consumables required for operations.
  • Accompanying team members for home visits when necessary to assess and support clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 months of experience in a related field (e.g., social work, case management, or administrative support).
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Possession of passion for serving and supporting individuals in need.
  • Empathy for understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Proactive, assertive, and tactful handling of sensitive situations.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
