Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced operations coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of our projects. As a strategic operations coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure timely completion of projects. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to coordinate with various stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and contractors. You will also be responsible for reviewing operational costs and ensuring financial performance is in line with expectations.

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate project activities and supervise works to ensure timely completion. 2. Review and monitor operational costs to ensure financial performance meets expectations. 3. Liaise with stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and contractors. 4. Attend meetings to discuss project progress and make decisions on course corrections. 5. Develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives. 7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 8. Identify areas for process improvements and recommend changes.

Requirements: 1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BMS or ELV. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
