Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide administrative services to our senior leaders, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Strategic Support: Participate in strategic planning meetings, documenting discussions and preparing strategic memorandums.
  • Business Operations: Coordinate international travel, lead business receptions, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between energy projects and digital asset teams, oversee implementation of board resolutions, and establish effective internal communication systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Energy Economics, FinTech, Business Management)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in executive support, preferably in energy or FinTech
  • Familiarity with energy policies and digital currency regulatory frameworks
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Rapid learning ability for new industry technologies and concepts
  • Strong skills in proposal writing and presentation delivery
  • Expertise in business etiquette and cross-cultural communication norms
