The Role of a Strategic Operations Coordinator

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Operations Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and development of construction operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and schedules of work, often using visual aids such as bar charts and procedural diagrams to communicate effectively.
  • Provide regular progress updates against established baselines throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors, vendors, and departments to anticipate labor, material, and equipment demands to meet schedules.
  • Develop and maintain accurate monthly progress reports and assist in progress claims.
  • Maintain adherence to safety protocols in the workplace.

This role is instrumental in identifying potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommending solutions to relevant teams or departments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in building or civil projects is necessary.
