Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to merchants via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment systems, API docking, and merchant access
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, R&D, risk control) to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery
• Analyze and report common problems, optimize FAQs and technical documents, and improve merchants' self-handling ability

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry
• Strong understanding of payment systems, API docking, and cross-border payments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultures and time zones
