Job Title

Shipping Coordinator Freight forwarding/ 5 days/ Redhill

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding and be able to handle full sets of shipping documents, including PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging bookings for shipping documents, ensuring timely dispatch of shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of shipping documents (PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet)
  • Arrange bookings for shipping documents e.g.shipping orders, shipping notes, B/L etc
  • Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • With 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
