We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the Modern & Luxury On-Trade Channel Senior Manager, Singapore. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the channel strategy, driving commercial objectives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the channel strategy, communicating the vision and roadmap to the team.
  • Contribute to revenue maximisation through effective commercial strategies, including allocation optimisation and channel-product mix management.
  • Work with local wholesalers to align allocations, target distribution, and ensure order deliveries to outlets.
  • Drive best-in-class distribution segmentation and strategic visibility execution excellence with The Macallan as the primary focus.
  • Lead a high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching, and development to achieve commercial and brand plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key outlet customers, hospitality associations, and fine dining establishments.
  • Effectively negotiate outlet contracts to maximise investment ROI and optimise price support/selling cost budget.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales leadership or national key account management capacity in premium consumer goods, wine, and spirits, F&B, or hospitality.
  • Understanding of the Modern & Luxury On-Trade dynamics of the wine and spirits landscape in Singapore.
  • Understanding of the luxury/prestige consumer goods market in Singapore.
  • Appreciation for wine and spirits category, and the nightlife lifestyle.
  • Driven, self-motivated, proactive, and positive with a can-do mindset.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills, strong negotiation, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relation, and communication skills.
  • Well-developed motivation and coaching skills.
  • Effective time management and organisation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Sales Force, or Power BI.
