Job Title: Sports Operations Assistant Manager

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and partners.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including venues, suppliers, and instructors, to ensure smooth coordination and quality control.
  • Supervise and coordinate freelance instructors and facilitators, ensuring they meet the required standards and expectations.
  • Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
