Community Sports Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our community sports department as a Community Sports Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception counter at the sports complex, ensuring efficient services for members.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding sports facilities and events in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer daily operations of community sports activities, including scheduling and coordinating games and activities.
  • Liaise with section sub-committees to prepare regular games and activities, promoting a positive experience for members.
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned sports facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide support across the community sports sections as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Manager or supervisor, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Fair level of digital and information literacy, enabling effective use of technology to enhance operations.
