Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Events and Customer Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer acquisition efforts through strategic cold calling and marketing initiatives for all events associated with Ministry of Football (MOF) and Ministry of Sports (MOS).

The successful candidate will also develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs on various platforms. They will build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to grow program participation.

In addition, the Events and Customer Services Coordinator will attend and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all MOF and MOS programs and events. They will ensure smooth operation of all sporting activities and maintain high program quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts through strategic cold calling and marketing initiatives for all events associated with Ministry of Football (MOF) and Ministry of Sports (MOS)
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs on various platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to grow program participation
  • Attend and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all MOF and MOS programs and events
  • Ensure smooth operation of all sporting activities and maintain high program quality standards
