Sports Events Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and grow our dynamic programs and sports events.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach and Promotion: Spearhead outreach initiatives through cold calling and strategic marketing
  • Program Management: Promote programs on our website and social channels, build partnerships to drive event and program participation
  • Event Execution: Coordinate end-to-end execution of sports events and weekly programs, supervise venues, scheduling, and overall event quality
  • Staff Management: Manage freelance sports staff: recruitment, scheduling, performance
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational standards

Requirements: Relevant event or program management experience. A strong understanding of event coordination, staff management, and program development is essential.
