Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage events and customer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to grow program participation.
Event Planning:
  • Attend and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all programs and events.
  • Ensure smooth operation of sporting activities and maintain high quality standards.
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Manage program schedules, venues, and resources effectively.
  • Handle participant inquiries and resolve any program-related issues.
Freelancer Management:
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain a pool of qualified freelance sports instructors and event staff.
  • Coordinate freelancer schedules and assignments across various programs and events.
  • Ensure all freelancers meet required qualifications and maintain appropriate certifications.
  • Provide necessary briefings and guidance to freelancers to maintain program quality.
  • Monitor freelancer performance and address any concerns or issues promptly.
General Requirements:
  • Maintain accurate records of all programs, events, and freelancer assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance and achievement of objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sports program management.
