Drive Test Engineer

At the heart of our organization, we have a crucial role that requires exceptional technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Drive Test Engineer, you will play a vital part in planning, delivering, and executing drive/walk test activities to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.

Job Description

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to prepare and deliver high-quality drive/walk test activities according to established methodologies. You will work closely with NPO teams and field teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet performance requirements.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing drive/walk test plans to meet project objectives.
  • Executing drive/walk tests as per schedule or plan, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and providing solutions and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in using RF testing equipment, such as TEMS, Nemo, Actix, vector network analyzers, and signal generators.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF theory and cellular technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
