**Job Title:** Personal Care Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Officer to join our team. As a Personal Care Officer, you will play a vital role in the care and well-being of residents at our Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Planning: You will plan and supervise the care of residents to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents, including education, recreation, and social events.
  • Monitoring and Support: Conduct monthly interviews with residents to monitor their progress and provide support as needed.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Home's equipment and premises.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Psychology or Relevant Field: A diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field is required.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Training Provided: Training provided to develop skills and knowledge in personal care and resident management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
