Compassionate Care Specialist Wanted

Our mission is to find the ideal candidate for this role.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our childcare workforce as Childcare Worker. This person will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and young persons under their care.
- Provide essential care and ensure well-being of children and young persons;
- E nsure the safety of children and young persons within the premises;
- Engage children and young persons in activities or play;
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises;
- Accompany children and young persons to/at hospitals or Voluntary Children's Homes (VCHs) for placement and handle all administrative paperwork as required;
Requirements:
- One year of experience in caring for children aged between 0-12 years old;
- Minimum O Level or Diploma holders or Higher Nitec in Early Childhood;
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred but not required);
- Ability to pass a background check;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Patient, empathetic, and genuine love for children;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Willingness to undergo additional training and professional development as required.
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 10am-7pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays);
- Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 10pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays);
- Late Night Shift: 7pm-4am on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
Schedule:
- Day shift;
- Late shift;
- Monday to Friday;
- Shift System.
