Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled animal care specialist to provide exceptional patient care and support our dedicated team of professionals.

  • Evaluate and facilitate the admission process for new pets, ensuring a smooth transition from home to hospital care.
  • Provide support for anesthesia monitoring and recovery during emergency situations, working closely with experienced veterinarians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Assist emergency veterinarians with care and treatment of hospitalized animals, providing critical care and attention when it matters most.
  • Oversee and monitor critical animals closely, using your expertise to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent complications.
  • Perform radiographic imaging to assist diagnosis and treatment, utilizing digital radiography equipment to capture high-quality images that aid in patient care.
  • Safely restrain animals during exams and treatments, minimizing stress and discomfort for both patients and staff.
  • Prepare patients for surgeries and manage post-operative care, including bandaging and recovery, to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients regarding treatment and care, providing clear explanations and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

  • Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Veterinary Nursing or Animal Care welcome to apply. Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
