Job Title: Returns Operations Supervisor
Job Description:
A dynamic and results-driven professional is required to oversee the entire returns process, from receiving returns to ensuring they are properly processed and dispatched, while meeting performance, quality, and cost targets. This includes supervising daily workflows, manpower deployment, and helping identify daily issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily workflow and manpower deployment to ensure targets are met.
- Working to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Supervising and motivating a team of professionals.
- Training staff to ensure competency.
- Tracking performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Communicating effectively with team members, other departments, and external partners.
- Conducting investigations to provide proper judgment for returned items.
- Assisting in all matters/projects as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum diploma in any discipline.
- A minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations.
- Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities.
- The ability to work independently and cope with pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
