KRISSHOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales through various channels such as E-comm, Inflight, and Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets for E-comm.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with the merchandise team on launch dates for all channel sales.
- Coordinate with the TR team on inflight listing and submission.
- Maintain required margins on P&L.
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measures if required.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify market demand.
- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and present findings for weekly updates.
- Airlines monthly sales and SOH report.
- Demonstrated at least 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce domain, with web management required.
- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.
- Strong business acumen with timeline management.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Initiative approach on task allocated.
- Strong sense of ownership, results-driven with problem-solving skills.
- Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties.
